Return Policy
All online sales are final. No returns are accepted. However, exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receiving the item (other terms and conditions apply, see Exchange Policy below). Please note that when buying our naturally, handmade vintage/antique rugs that have gone through decades/centuries of life natural inconsistencies are a part of what we believe make them more unique and beautiful.
Exchange Policy
In case of an exchange, the customer must contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Store credit will be issued to the customer for the remaining balance. Item must be returned in its original condition before store credit is awarded. If the item is returned with any sign of damage, the buyer loses the right to receive store credit for the item.
Is shipping and handling included in the price?
Some items may include free shipping depending on the location of where the item needs to be shipped (usually small/medium rugs shipping domestically). We do our best to keep the cost of shipping and handling low so you can take advantage of buying beautiful eco-friendly handmade rugs at a great price. However, in cases that shipping is not included to your destination, you will be contacted by us to pay for shipping separately through Paypal.
When will my item ship?
Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Are images of the rugs edited?
The images of items in our online store are not edited. We do our best to show the true colors in each piece to give the buyer the best idea of what it looks like in person. You can always request more photos of any piece or request an in-person appointment to view the rug before buying.
Are your pieces authentic?
Yes, all of our rugs have come from Iran, and are authentic. The collector, Ali, has physically travelled through cities, towns, villages, private homes of collectors, mosques and much more to have the finest collection available for purchase on the open market today. Take advantage!
Do you do appraisals?
Yes, we can appraise any rug and the appraisal will include not only the value of your rug, but information about where the rug was woven, the type of materials that were used, knot counts, the type of dyes that were included, and other important details.
Do you hand wash rugs?
Yes, we do have a hand washing service at $4/foot. We can pick up and drop off the rug for an additional fee if you are local to the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area.
Do you repair damaged rugs?
Yes, we do offer repair services. Contact us with more details as pricing can vary depending on extent of damage and repair needed.
I am looking for a specific size, color, and type of rug. Can you help me with that?
Of course! Contact us by email, phone, or walk-in at our brick and mortar store to give us specific information regarding sizing, type, color or any other information that you are looking for and we can help find something that you will be thrilled with.
